It depends on the purpose of the visit. A preventive wellness visit focuses on your health risks, recommended screenings, and ways to stay well. A visit to evaluate symptoms or manage an existing condition may be considered diagnostic or treatment-focused care. Acute illnesses and ongoing conditions may need attention alongside prevention. In a traditional clinic, addressing these issues during a wellness visit can lead to separate charges or cost-sharing. Our membership includes primary care services as described in the membership agreement. Outside tests, procedures, or specialist services may carry additional costs.

We explain what your membership includes before you enroll. Covered primary care visits are provided through the membership rather than billed to insurance by our practice. Laboratory work, imaging, specialty care, and other outside services may be billed separately. We review available options and expected costs with you before ordering additional services whenever possible.

Costs depend on the practice, the services provided, and your insurance plan. Some plans cover eligible in-network preventive services without cost-sharing, but diagnostic care and additional testing may have separate charges.
